I can’t wait to get back on the trail again. For those of you who are waiting, I am planning to hike the section from Katahdin, Maine to Hanover, New Hampshire starting mid July next summer. That will be 442 of the toughest miles on the AT.

Puffin's Hike 
My younger brother, David , finally has a diagnosis! West Nile Virus really slammed him; he was in a coma two days. Doing much better, cognitively A-Okay However , his rt leg isn’t working well at all; now doing rehab. Meanwhile, I’ve been struggling with Vertigo. Saw PT on Thursday and doing some what better. Had a routine visit with cardiologist yesterday and he’s cut back my Amiodorone dose by a half, which could help. Heading to Omaha on the 22nd for Cornhusker game on the 24th. Meeting Ashley, Andrew and the gang Sunday for lunch. Sure you can’t get there, also???? Know you saw Andrew and Ashley at the b-day bash. luv ya, B.
